What's Included

  • Full installation of alarm panel, sensors, keypads and siren included in our standard kit. Alarm Panel to be connected to mains using power cables and all other devices to the alarm panel wirelessly.
  • Setting up smart phone App by connecting the panel to home WiFi or using SIM for GSM kit.
  • Testing and commissioning of the complete security system.
  • Handover and user training.
  • NSI Certificate on completion.

Service Details

  • Duration: Typically 4–6 hours depending on property size.
  • Delivery: On-site visit by a certified Smartech Security engineer. We will bring the standard kit and any additional devices purchased during the visit.
  • Coverage: Available in London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Surrey. Typically within 30 mile radius from our office at Farnham Common, SL2 3PQ.

Can I install alarm myself

You may always give a try. But this is a professional British standard burglar alarm recommended to be installed by certified installers. It is always better to buy the texecom alarm with installation as you get a 1 year onsite warranty on the product as well as installation.

Is the wireless alarm completely wireless

The control panel is always connected to mains. All other components are wireless and communicates on 868 MHz radio signals.

What if I need special sensors that are not listed in here

Who installs my alarm when I buy online
