1. Installation Included

All prices quoted for our products include professional installation by our trained in-house staff unless otherwise stated.

This applies to:

  • Electric gates
  • Burglar alarm systems
  • CCTV systems
  • Intercom systems
  • Other residential security installations

Subscription-based services, monitoring plans, maintenance plans, or software services may not include installation unless specifically confirmed in writing.

2. Delivery & Installation Process

As our products are specialist systems that require professional fitting and configuration, products are not typically shipped directly to customers for self-installation.

Instead:

  • Our team will arrange a suitable installation date with you.
  • Equipment will be delivered to your property by our installation staff at the time of installation.
  • All systems are installed, tested, and configured by our own trained engineers.

3. Installation Timeframes

Estimated installation dates and completion times will be discussed during the ordering process. While we aim to complete all projects within agreed timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Product availability
  • Bespoke manufacturing requirements
  • Weather conditions
  • Site access issues
  • Unforeseen technical requirements

We will always keep customers informed of any significant delays.

4. Access Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property for delivery and installation purposes. Delays caused by restricted access or unavailable customers may result in rescheduling charges.

5. Risk & Ownership

All equipment remains our property until full payment has been received. Responsibility for the installed equipment passes to the customer upon successful completion of the installation.

6. Geographic Coverage

Our installation and delivery services are available within our operating coverage areas. Additional travel or accommodation charges may apply for locations outside our standard service area.
