No Refund & Returns Policy
Thank you for choosing our company for your residential security and automation needs. We specialise in the supply and installation of bespoke electric gates, burglar alarms, CCTV systems, and intercom systems tailored specifically to each customer’s property and requirements.
1. Bespoke Products & Installations
All systems and products supplied and installed by us are customised and configured specifically for each customer and property. Due to the bespoke nature of our services and equipment:
- We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been confirmed, materials have been ordered, or installation work has commenced.
- Deposits and payments made are non-refundable.
2. Faulty or Defective Products
While we do not provide refunds or returns, customer satisfaction and system performance are extremely important to us.
If any product supplied and installed by us is found to be faulty, defective, or not functioning as intended under normal use:
- We will inspect the issue.
- We will repair or replace the defective product or component at our discretion.
- Replacement products will be provided within a reasonable timeframe subject to manufacturer availability.
3. Exclusions
This policy does not cover faults or damage caused by:
- Misuse, neglect, or accidental damage
- Unauthorised tampering or repairs by third parties
- Power surges, environmental damage, or vandalism
- Failure to follow operating instructions
- General wear and tear
4. Installation Services
Installation labour and completed works are non-refundable once services have been carried out. Any concerns regarding workmanship must be reported within 14 days of installation completion so we can assess and rectify any genuine installation-related issues.
5. Manufacturer Warranty
Where applicable, products may also be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty terms. Warranty periods and conditions may vary depending on the product supplied.
