1. Home Survey & Consultation
Every project begins with a detailed site survey where we discuss your lifestyle, requirements and future plans. We assess the property, existing services and construction stage to recommend the most suitable Control4 and KNX smart home solution.

2. Design & Quotation
Following the survey, we prepare a comprehensive proposal including:

- Recommended products and equipment
- Room-by-room functionality
For larger projects, we may arrange additional design meetings and work closely with your architect, interior designer and electrician. Electrical drawings are reviewed and refined before finalising the system design.

3. Final Design & Contract
Once the design is agreed, we provide:
- Final quotation

- Electrical and smart home drawings
- Device layout showing the location of every keypad, speaker, touchscreen, sensor and automation device
After approval, a 30% deposit secures your project, allowing us to order equipment and schedule installation.

4. First Fix Installation
Our engineers install all structured cabling and prepare the infrastructure that will power your smart home, including:

5. Equipment Installation
Once the property has been plastered, painted and decorated, we return to install all visible devices, including:

A second stage payment of 30% is typically due before this installation begins.

7. Demonstration & Training

A third payment of 30% is due upon completion of the installation.

8. Final Handover
Once programming has been refined to your satisfaction, we carry out the final handover, ensuring every part of the system performs exactly as intended.
The remaining 10% balance is payable at handover, after you are happy with your completed smart home.
