Renew your smart phone App subscription for security alarms here. Pyronix, Risco, Texecom and Visonic offer smart phone App to control your intruder alarm remotely. This is a subscription based service for Pyronix and Risco. If you are a Smartech Security customer and your alarm is registered on our cloud database, you can now renew your subscription online.
This is not a completely automated process. We will have to manually activate your App by logging into our system once the order has been placed. So please allow upto 24 hours to process your order. If you need a quicker service, please drop us a seperate email to sales@smartechsecurity.co.uk and we will look into it as soon as possible.

We will not be able to renew your smart phone App subscription if your alarm is registered with another installer. If you would like to switch your provider, please get your alarm panel deregistered from your current security company and provide us with your panel ID. We are a local security systems company based in Farnham Common, offering installation, maintenance and monitoring to domestic and commercial properties in London and Home counties.
